Terms & Conditions

Clients may place a commission order through the provided contact links on this website or by direct messaging me on my social media profiles.

See the ‘Additional Details’ section for more information regarding what I WILL and WILL NOT draw!

By commissioning digital art services from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commission Acceptance
   ✧ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Refund Policies
   ✧  Refunds may be eligible but are subject to discussion. 
   ✧ Clients are eligible for a refund if they request it before any work has commenced on their commission. Once I begin work on the colouring/rendering, refunds will no longer be eligible.
   ✧ To request a refund, clients must contact me providing clear reasons for cancellation.
   ✧ The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined through discussions. It may depend on the extent of work completed and any expenses incurred up to that point.

Revision / Changes
   ✧ Clients are  allowed up to three (3) significant or major changes  to the pose and/or facial expressions  before the colouring/rendering stage begins. 
   ✧ Minor changes are not limited.

Completion Time
   ✧  Completion times may vary,  but clients are advised to allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of their commission.

Usage & Attribution
   ✧ All commissioned artworks are for personal use exclusively.
   ✧ If to be shared/gifted, proper  credits to me is required (@ssonnenbrilless on Twitter/X). 
   ✧ All commissioned artworks will have my signature in the bottom left/right corner.
   ✧ Completed commissioned works may be used as part of my portfolio and/or sample works (watermarked) unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
   ✧ It is  strictly prohibited to use the completed work for NFT (Non-Fungible Token) and/or AI (Artificial Intelligence) purposes. 

Delivery
   ✧ The final artwork(s) will be delivered in JPEG/PNG format at 600 DPI with or without a flat background colour. Delivery will be provided through a Google Drive link unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

Pricing and Additional Fees
   ✧  Prices are subject to change based on the complexity. 
   ✧  For each additional pose and/or character, an additional fee of 50% of the base price will be applied. 

Additional Information
   ✧ The dimensions and sizes of the artwork will be determined by the artist unless discussed through direct messages.
   ✧ For [SKETCHES] and [COLOURED SKETCHES], the non-watermarked artwork will be provided only upon receiving full payment.
   ✧ For [RENDERED] pieces, a 50% down payment is required upfront. The finished and non-watermarked artwork will be delivered after receiving the remaining fee.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the commission.I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, so please review them regularly for updates.
